為幫助更多學生及家長放這暑期更了解本地升學資訊，使者學生中心聯同南溫哥華頌恩堂舉辦一共四堂名為"Dare To Choose"「我敢選擇」英語升學講座。講座內容及時間日期等資料如下：

Introduction to Canadian Post Secondary education 加國大專大學教育簡介
- A workshop for students who are interested in pursuing post-secondary education. Include topics about high school graduation, post-secondary institutes entrance requirements, application procedures, and basic knowledge of English assessment tests.
July 12, 2008, 1:00-3:30pm
Being a smart freshmen 做個精明大專新生
- For students entering their 1st year of University/College life. Provide information including what to do after receiving offers from University/College, how to choose courses, majors, and how to study more efficiently.
July 19, 2008, 1:00-3:30pm
Information about Student Loan 學生貸款需知
- An information session for everyone who is interested in the BC Student Assistance Program (Student Loan), including the purpose of the program, application procedures, and repayment methods.
July 26, 2008, 1:00-3:30pm
Alternative paths to success – Introduction to Colleges and Institutes 大學以外的選擇 ﹣大專學院與技術學院簡介
- Provide information about Colleges and Institutes. A workshop for students who would like to pursue their post-secondary education other than in Universities. This workshop also breaks down the misconception of University Transfer program, and provide information about strategies in selecting courses in order to easily transfer to Universities.
