• 你知道嗎？全世界每年有四千一百八十萬(41.8 Million)個胎兒因墮胎手術而被殺死；但在中國，知道的數字已是七百二十萬(7.2 million)，還未計各種非法墮胎的數字；而中國一年有一千三百萬(13 million)嬰兒出生，那就是說，在所有的懷孕女性當中，有超過三份一的胎兒是不能出生的。一年消滅了七百二十萬個胎兒，也就等於是每年將香港所有人口消滅一次。
• 那在加拿大又如何？2004年，加拿大有336,000名嬰兒出生，卻也有100,000宗墮胎個案。但這墮胎數字不包括在醫院外的墮胎，也不包括安省和緬省的數字。安省的人口是加拿大的三份之一；換言之，真實的數字要比100,000宗高出很多，可能達到150,000宗或以上。也就是說，在加拿大所有的懷孕女性當中，也是有約三份一的胎兒是不能出生的。

CAS outreaches include 提供以下五項服務：
Burnaby Safe House
Second stage accommodation in a safe, confidential location for battered or abused women and their children, and for vulnerable pregnant women.
Crisis Pregnancy Centre in Burnaby and New Westminster
Crisis Pregnancy Centre in Vancouver
Provides help to those in distress as a result of an unplanned pregnancy. Offers pregnancy tests, educational information regarding pregnancy, abortion procedures and risks, and alternatives to abortion. All services are free and confidential.
Post Abortion Community Services
Support groups and individual peer-counselling are provided, free of charge, to those greiving from a past abortion.
Rape Victims' Support Network
Provides peer-counselling services and practical help to those victimized by rape.
