$50一個的蛋糕
是甚麼蛋糕要$50一個咁貴?



這是印尼的千層蛋糕,很少有機會吃到,因為造法極其繁複。
香味濃郁,味道清甜中帶香料的刺激,好吃!我數過,足足有20層。
在這蛋糕背後有一個這樣的故事:
話說我媽媽有一位住在印尼的姨媽(即是我的姨婆),為人風趣開朗,而且與我的外婆感情很好。以前她每次從印尼來香港,就會帶來這種印尼的千層蛋糕做手信,我媽媽很喜歡吃。後來姨婆過身,我們便再沒有吃過印尼千層蛋糕了。
話說十多年後的最近,我媽媽到我辦公室外面的Food Court吃飯,無意中聽到來自印尼的老闆娘與鄉里的談話,得釋老闆娘懂得做千層蛋糕,於是便命我去求老闆娘做一個。經過我的苦苦哀求,老闆娘考慮了半天之後,卒之肯為我做一個。
幾天之後,我帶著蛋糕回家。媽媽將蛋糕切成四份,將其中三份放入freezer存好,將最後的一份切成薄片,珍而重之的讓我們品嚐。那味道,何只值$50。

Yeup it does taste very good.
For anyone who have tried it before: You know how for some cakes the crust is the best part? Well this cake is made up of 20 layers of crusts. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

多謝Alan俾機會我哋品嚐到一個咁特別咁貴嘅cake呀! 我最鍾意一層一層分開嚟食, 好有口感.
嘩! 我哋原來咁就食咗價值$12.5嘅cake(因為我哋所食只係四份一呢架)
