Alan的聖誕大餐
聖誕正日當天，我宴請了18位親戚在家中吃聖誕大餐。
其實幾年前，我每年都會在聖誕時在家中宴客，有時仲唔止一場！不過近幾年事忙，這習慣已斷了幾年了。適逢今年有親人從香港來，便趁高慶重操故業吧！
當晚的餐單是：
- Cream of Roasted Garlic Soup
- Garden Green Salad with Cherry Tomato and English Cucumber, served with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Chateaubriand (Roast Beef Tenderloin Platter) with choice of Mushroom Sauce and Bearnaise Sauce
- Steamed Baby Carrots and Califlower infused with Thyme
- Oven Roasted Tomatos on the Vine
- Mashed Herbed Potato
- Spaghetti with Pesto and Parmesan Cheese
- Poached Anjou Pears in Port Wine served with Honey Yogurt Cheese

可惜，忘了在開餐前影相...
重要的是，一家人一起吃飯，樂聚天倫。唔知阿May的聖誕餐又煮成點呢？
